NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to California Government Code Sections 66016 and 6062(a) that the City of Dinuba will conduct a public hearing on April 22, 2025 on or about 6:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, proposing a comprehensive revision to the user fees charged for services provided by the City of Dinuba.
NOTICE IS FURHTER GIVEN that the Dinuba City Council is scheduled to consider revisions to the user fees, charges, and fines for the period beginning July 1, 2025, in accordance with the Section 5.04 of the City Charter and Municipal Code. The City Council will determine whether the proposed user fees conform to the requirements of California Government Code Section 66016 through 66019 as being reasonable and justifiable fees necessary to recover the costs incurred by the City in the processing of applications, inspection of new development, and other City related service fees.
The proposed revisions to the user fee schedule is available for review at the City of Dinuba.
