The City of Dinuba is requesting proposals (RFP) for Plans, Specifications & Estimates and Construction Engineering Services.
Total amount payable to the Consultant shall not exceed $759,000 and with a performance period of the contract from the date approved by the Dinuba City Council to the project closeout date of March 31, 2026 whichever is the lesser
The hard copies and USB drive shall be mailed or submitted to the City of Dinuba 1088 E. Kamm Avenue, Dinuba CA 93618 prior to 4:00 P.M ON MAY 7, 2024.
Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package clearly marked Dinuba Entertainment Plaza Renovation & Beautification Project Plans, Specifications & Estimates and Construction Engineering and addressed as follows:

Proposal review and evaluation: May 13, 2024 thru May 17, 2024
Oral interviews: May 13, 2024 thru May 17, 2024 ( optional)
Cost Negotiation with first ranked consultant: May 13, 2024 thru May 17, 2024 Contract Award and Notice to Proceed: May 28, 2024 thru May 31, 2024
