Public comments regarding public hearings and agendized items can be submitted any time prior to the meeting by emailing: info@dinuba.ca.gov  with the Subject: COUNCIL COMMENT. All comments will be forwarded to the City Council. In an effort to promote public access and transparency, Dinuba City Council meetings will be live streamed on Zoom beginning on September 22, 2020.
